When I went to visit my daughter and her family, she had taken me to Mariano’s Grocery Store. While she was waiting for her deli order, I found the bakery. I saw this slice of carrot cake, and it looked delicious and well ya know it came home with me. Now the best carrot cake I have ever made was totally by scratch for my husband Randy, but I was like OMG this is real cheesecake uses as the filling and topping then covered in finely crushed walnuts.
So what you need are the following ingredients:
Duncan Hines Decadent Classic Carrot, Jell-O No Bake Real Cheesecake cooking spray, three Eggland Eggs One single serving Mott’s Granny Smith no sugar added applesauce, one small can of Dole Crushed Pineapple no sugar added.
Now as you see the things, you need to make this cake are oil, water 1-1/4 (bottle) three large eggs. Well, we are going to substitute so pay attention now this is!
Important!!! Open the cake mix pour into a mixing bowl; I use stainless steel bowls because they are easy to clean. I use Eggland Eggs Cage Free I just like a healthier egg. Okay so crack those eggs one by one into a small. Beat each with a fork and add to the bowl then the next egg and etc. The reason for this a lesson learned is no matter how fresh the eggs are there is the occasional rotten one so if you crack one egg in the bowl and then the next and its rotten, you have to throw everything out. So it’s easy to crack one at a time into a ramekins.
So then your eggs are in the mix and you a pouch in the box as well, this will be the shredded carrots and raisins with you need to soak in 1 cup of room temp water (bottled) now the recipe calls for: 1-1/4 cup of water. Well, this is where that can of crushed pineapple comes in. Now one can of crushed pineapple un-drained equals 1/4 of cup water. Plus you add another fruit to your carrot cake.
Now remove the cakes onto their own plate let cool completely about 1 hour after the cakes have cooled and settled.
Now for step two, take a stainless steel mixing bowl using the “No Bake Cheesecake Mix” follow only the cheesecake mixture using fat-free milk or Almond Milk Vanilla/Coconut is best. Beat the mixture as directed on the box.. let set for about 20 minutes.
Place the top layer onto of the bottom layer. Let settle for a minute as you want to make sure the filling and top layer will not slide.
Okay so now we have one layer into a two layer cheesecake fillings and a bowl of cheesecake filling left so we well take out the spatula and slowly adding the filling on top of the cake
